Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your school bag or luggage must be unused, in its original condition, and include all tags, labels, accessories, and packaging.
Items showing signs of use (e.g., scratches, stains, worn wheels or handles) will not be accepted for return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Cancellation Policy
- Standard Products: For standard, non-customized school bags and luggage, cancellations are accepted before the order is dispatched.
Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming we have received your return.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale or promotional items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges
We only replace school bags or luggage if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us and send your item to the address below.

Shipping Returns
To return your item, please send it to the address stated above.
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- For valuable or bulky luggage, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
